• Add a layer of warmth to your winter footwear with Viva Winter! The top is quilted unbleached wool, which helps to trap heat and keep your toes toasty warm. The middle layer is made of a high-tech foam with thousands of closed air cells that provide the bulk of the insulation. The bottom layer has a special aluminum foil to provide shielding from the cold.
  This insole is designed to support most foot types. Cushioning in the heel and the metatarsal arch protects you from your toes all the way up through your lower spine, reducing symptoms of splayfoot and absorbing the effects of impact shock. The longitudinal arch helps keep your bones properly aligned, taking unnecessary pressure of the rest of your foot. Insoles are about 0.16" thick. Depending on the shoe type, you may or may not experience a reduction in room.
• Insulating insoles can be used by anyone, man, woman, or child, whose feet fit the dimensions. European sizes go from 36 to 48, which fits standard US sizes Women 6 up through Men 15. If you usually wear a half size, order the next size up and trim to fit. If you aren't certain, measure your foot from heel edge to your longest toe for length, and across the widest point of your foot for width. Compare measurements to our chart and select the corresponding size.
• These insoles are designed to fit in most cold weather wear, from your roomiest dress flats up to heavy duty snow boots. There is no adhesive, so they can be removed and reused wherever you need them. If using in tighter, fashionable boots, we recommend inserting them and wearing around the house for 30 minutes or so before going out. If they start to feel uncomfortable, you may want to try a different style of boot, or see if another pedag cold weather insert will do.
• Viva Winter is a universal insole that adds warmth and protection from the cold to your feet. If you require special support due to falling arches, extreme metatarsalgia, heel spurs, or similar, pedag provides real orthopedic solutions. Though not designed to provide warmth, they may add some insulation due to acting as an additional layer to trap heat.
